 Seeing the beauty in life begins with the right mindset. A mindset of gratitude. Creating a mindset of gratitude happens daily and requires practice.

Our monkey mind can make us crazy and take us down rabbit holes that destroy our joy our love and our laughter. I have a practice every single day that I commit to because it is essential for my life to work it brings me love, for myself. First so that I can bring it into the world. It reminds me of who I am and what I’m here to do in the world and how I can serve my highest good.

It gives me the time to listen and receive by connecting to my own internal voice and vision.

My daily practice is focused on how I nourish my mind, spirit, and body. My commitment creates the consistency that turns these habits into a life I love. When I look at my mind I know every morning before it starts in on all the things I can’t do, or didn’t do or shouldn’t of done, I have to shut it off so it doesn’t beat me down. Which is why the first thing I do is put my bare feet on the floor when I wake up and go directly to my special space so create a space and in the space I begin a practice of stillness focusing on appreciating the breath that comes in and out and calms me. And then the stillness that comes and teaches me how sacred and divine we all are.

My mind is Fed new information reminding me of all that I’m capable of beginning with the LeBrett daily acts of greatness that I recognize and congratulate myself for and also gratitude for what I did do and all thatI am. I do daily affirmation so that I can reprogram myself from the wet I’m not to the what I am. I am powerful I am committed I am conscious I am safe… My journal is everything because it is the end of this practice that I write down and record what I learned in that time that I’ve spent with myself which only reminds me more of all that lives inside of me that is waiting to come out for the world to see

When it comes to my body there are five essentials that I am responsible for so that I can live a longer healthier life. They are exercise daily sleep proper nutrition important hydration and every day I feed my body nutritional mix which activate my internal defenses and repair and restore and regenerate my health. 

This is your juicy life. You are your own life architect.  One body, one you, one life.  You are the master of your universe. Let’s master it together
