Learning a Lesson from our Pets

Uncategorized May 18, 2021

Sometimes it's just easier to teach about reducing oxidative stress through Nrf2 activation in our pets than ourselves. Why....because we pay more attention to solving their problems than our own.

Our animals can teach us a lot because they age faster than we do, have the same health problems, because they have more oxidative stress than humans.

Why is that? Because when they run, chase a ball or a squirrel, my Gaia's favorite past time, they breathe more oxygen which is the biggest cause of oxidative stress.

The air we breathe, rusts metal and causes an apple to turn brown. It also causes damage to our cells which is why we break down. For over a decade I have helped people understand oxidative stress and see the research that proves you can reduce it by an average of 40% in 30 days.

This one fact, changed my entire life and how I live and love it every day.

Don't take my word for it...
